Definite High Hopes for March.
Goals for March:
1. Count my calories.
2. No sweets, except once a week at the most.
3. Drink required amount of water!
4. Exercice for at least 30 minutes everyday!
Goal Weight by May 1: 199 lbs, so I need to lose 11 pounds.

Tuesday was okay, but dinner failed.
Today I’m terribly sick, I think I have strep…so no working out today :(
Hopefully with a lot of meds and water, I’ll feel mucho better tomorrow and can get back to the gym!
Not giving up just because the last two days were a bust!
